Going gluten free?      
Going gluten-free is a great way to give your body a break from the typical over-consumption of wheat seen in North American society.  Time and time again my clients see great results when they either remove gluten from their diet or greatly reduce it.

One challenge with going gluten-free is removing bread from your diet and finding gluten-free breads that actually taste good and are free of junky ingredients. Why?
I’m a big fan of the ingredients in these breads. It is a difficult task to find gluten free breads that are 100% organic, vegan, high in fibre, low in sugar and provide good levels of protein. The other major point here: These breads taste great!

Where?
These are highly accessible and easy to find. They are found at Loblaws stores in the natural value section and are available in most health food stores. You will find them stored in the freezer.
